On January 20, 2010, BRCB held 2010 Working Meeting of Personal Banking Business at Shunyi Sub-branch. Wang Jinshan, President of BRCB was present at the meeting and delivered an important speech; Yu Hui, Vice President of BRCB presided over the meeting. Responsible people from the 23 relative departments of the head offices, presidents of sub-branches, vice presidents and managers that in charge of personal banking business, more than 150 people attended the meeting.

At the meeting, President Wang Jinshan compared the ranking of our bank among the Beijing financial market from an overall perspective; elaborated the importance of personal banking business and impending issues we are facing; pointed out the key working directions of our personal banking business in 2010. He urged us to establish the operation philosophy of "actively move ahead and accelerate development"; make clear of our objectives, constantly expand the market share of our personal banking business; focus on key issues, effectively improve our personal banking development level from the five aspects of channels, clients, products, procedures, and customer manager; strengthen risk control, upgrade the internal risk control and prevention capacity. Vice president Yuhui deployed the main works of personal banking business in 2010. She pointed out that the working principle of personal banking business in this year was "expanding target market, enhancing scale of revenue, and forming customer-centered sustainable development capacity of personal banking". Our main works lie in five aspects: firstly, keep a close eye to the target market, continuously expand market share; secondly, match products to specific market, build brand strength; thirdly, establish layered channels, intensify marketing and sales; fourthly, start infrastructure construction, support sustainable development; fifthly, complete management support, form composition of forces to development.

In order to specifically guide the personal banking business, the responsible people of Personal Banking Dept., Bank Card Dept., E-banking Dept. and International Banking Dept. made 2010 main work presentations to respective businesses. In the outstanding cases sharing session, colleagues from Fengtai, Pinggu, Huairou, Haidian, and CBD Sub-branches made case illustrations and exchanges in respect of increasing deposit, personal housing mortgages, card issuance, bank insurance competition and e-banking business. Another five sub-branches made typical case communication in written form on the meeting material, sharing successful experience to the whole bank.

The meeting also awarded the outstanding units and individuals of personal banking business in 2009.
