BRCB Successfully Held 2010 Working Meeting
Putting Forward the Promotion of Sound Development with High Quality

To carefully sum up the work in 2009, make in-depth analysis to current situation, and fully deploy the work of 2010, Beijing Rural Commercial Bank held 2010 Working Meeting on February 4 and 5. Jiang Zaiyong, Vice Director of Business Management Department of PBOC, Ren Yongguang, Deputy Director of CBRC Beijing Bureau, Li Zhigang,Deputy Director of Beijing Financial Affairs Bureau, and other leaders of the higher lever presented the meeting. Leaders of BRCB, managers (deputy managers and above) of departments of the head quarter, presidents (president assistants and above) of sub-branches, responsible people from Rural Credit Banks Funds Clearing Center, Hubei Xiaotao Township Bank and Qingdao Jimo Township Bank, nearly 200 people attended the meeting.

Board Chairman Qiao Rui made a report at the meeting, entitled "Improve operation, Adjust structure, Change work style, Increase confidence, Exert great efforts to achieve high-quality and sound development of Beijing Rural Commercial Bank". The report gave a comprehensive and objective summary to the work of BRCB in 2009, made an in-depth analysis of the internal and external environment that we were facing, put forward the guiding ideas and initiatives of our work in 2010, and made arrangement to the full implementation of our medium-long strategic development plan from year 2010 to 2010. President Wang Jinshan made the report that entitled "Accelerate business transformation, Strengthen meticulous management, sparing no effort to create new prospects for the business operation of Beijing Rural Commercial Bank". The report made a systematic summary to our work in 2009 and a definite plan for various business targets and management issues in 2010.

Vice Director Jiang Zaiyong expressed his warm congratulation to BRCB for its achievement in the past year and high praise to this meeting, and gave working suggestions to BRCB on how to smoothly promote the results of reform development and enhance our main-force role in rural financial support area. Deputy Director Ren Yongguang also fully affirmed the comparatively good operation performance BRCB had achieved after experiencing severe challenges and tests; he pointed out, as the main force of rural financial work of the capital city, in facing new situations and tasks, BRCB should put strength on four aspects to promote harmonious development of the bank: attaching great importance to corporate governance, scientifically making development plan and carefully implementing it, strengthening the concept of compliance to laws, and speeding up construction of information system.

During this meeting, all participants also carefully studied relevant documents of CPC Central Committee and Beijing Municipal Government, and the spirit of relevant meetings of PBOC and CBRC.

2010 is a year full of hopes and challengers. With the strong lead of Beijing Party Committee, Beijing Municipal Government and SASAC Beijing Municipal, and effective supervisions and instructions from higher levels, the cadres and staff of BRCB will thoroughly implement the scientific concept of development, whole-heartedly seek development, seize every opportunity and improve operation, unite up from top to bottom, and make new and greater contribution to the capital's new countryside construction and coordinated development of urban and rural areas!
