On February 10, BRCB successfully held final competition of "Golden Phoenix" speech contest. Zhu Peixia, Director of Development Planning Office of Beijing Municipal Commission of Rural Affairs, Long Fei, Deputy Director of Monetary Credit Office of Business Management Department of PBOC, Dang Siguang, Deputy Director of Agricultural Business Office of CBRC Beijing Bureau, Li Chang, Secretary of Beijing Municipal Youth League Committee, Li Wei, Minister of Ministry of Yong Farmers, Bai Xiaodong. Vice President of BRCB, and responsible people from relevant department of BRCB were invited as judges and award presenting guests.

According to the arrangement and requirement of Rural Cooperative Financial Work Committee of China Banking Association, BRCB specially held "Golden Phoenix" Speech Contest to present the achievements we had made in "rooted in the capital, serving Sannong, serving enterprises and serving citizens", demonstrated the great charm of the staff of BRCB, and further established a good corporate image of BRCB. This contest lasted for more than two months. After carefully organization and choose of each sub-branch, and seriously discussion and selection by the evaluation group of the head office, there were 20 competitors entered the final of "Golden Phoenix" Speech Contest.

Vice President Bai Xiaodong pointed out in his contest address that the new group of leadership attached great importance to the Sannong service work and clearly put forward the strategic vision of developing "big Sannong" financial platform, especially in the just concluded annual work meeting, Sannong financial service was risen up to an unprecedented height. The holding of "Golden Phoenix" Speech Contest was to thoroughly implement the work arrangement of Party Committee of BRCB, take various forms to vigorously promote the ideas of rooted in Sannong and serving Sannong throughout the whole bank.

The judges spoke highly of the contest and the level of competitors, Li Wei, Minister of Ministry of Yong Farmers and Li Chang, Secretary of Beijing Municipal Youth League Committee, expressed their willing to strengthen contact and cooperation with BRCB, and vigorously carry forward the excellent quality and great charm of our staff.

After three hours' intense contending, Wang Yanfang from Miyun Sub-branch received the first prize, Liu Lei from Fangshan Sub-branch and Li Mingzhu from Changping Sub-branch were awarded second prize, Song Hailian and Bi Hui from Chongwen Sub-branch, Sun Jingxian from Miyun Sub-branch were awarded the third prize. Li Dan from the Business Department of Head Office, Zhou Yingying from CHaoyang Sub-branch and another 12 participants received awards for excellent performance.
The Head Office will recommend three competitors from the winners of this contest to the Rural Cooperative Financial Work Committee of China Banking Association for the national speech competition; and the winner will take part in the national speaking tour on behalf of BRCB.
