Notice on Automatic Extension of Registered Personal Telephone Banking Service
Dear customers,
In order to strengthen management on our telephone banking business and further facilitate the use of telephone banking by registered personal customers, BRCB decides to adjust the original renewal mode which needs customers come to the business outlets by themselves to automatic renewal of service by the business system of our bank for customers whose telephone banking service agreements have been expired. This operation begins from November 21, 2009. Customers could continue to enjoy the various functions of telephone banking without going to business outlet to renew the agreement.
Meanwhile, the newly registered personal customer of telephone banking since November 21, 2009 (inclusive) could use all kinds of services and functions of telephone banking after signing the agreement.
As to customers who have not signed telephone banking service agreement with BRCB but want to open telephone banking functions of transfer, bill payment etc, they should firstly go to business outlet to sign service agreement. If there are any other changes, we will inform in a timely manner. BRCB reserves the final right for the interpretation of this service.
If customers would not use the telephone banking service after its expiration or would like to terminate the service earlier, please deregister this service at our business outlets as soon as possible.
