In order to provide better service to customers, Beijing Rural Commercial Bank would continue free replacement for Xintong(Debit)Card holders, and would write off Xintong(Debit)Card that meeting specific requirements. Relevant information is as follows:

1. Since February 6, 2010, BRCB would suspend part of the counter transactions (including deposit, withdrawal, enquiry, transfer etc.) to Xintong(Debit)Card, which was issued by former Beijing Rural Credit Cooperatives, and retain its functions through electronic channels. From February 6, 2011, BRCB will close all the financial services of Xintong(Debit)Card, by then, Xintong(Debit)Card could not be used over the counters of BRCB or other banks, nor through self-service and electronic channels. Customers could change it into Phoenix Card if want to enjoy all kinds of convenient financial services provided by our bank.

2. Before February 6, 2011, BRCB will provide free replacement for Xintong(Debit)Card holders to change the card into Phoenix Card. After February 6, 2011, BRCB will charge 10 yuan per card for the issuance of Phoenix Card if customers want to change their Xintong(Debit)Cards.

3. Since March 1, 2010, BRCB will automatically write off Xintong(Debit)Card and corresponding account in its system on the 25th day of each March, June, September and December if the card meeting the following requirements: (1) no transaction for two consecutive years(inclusive) ;(2) balance of account(including current settlement account and fixed saving account) and interest accumulated figure are zero; (3) no associated loans, funds, welfare lottery, wealth management and other businesses. If the Xintong(Debit)Card has corresponding passbook, the passbook will be written off at the same time.

To protect the interests of customers, please clear up the idle Xintong(Debit)Card in time. If customers need to continue to use the card, please come to any of our business outlet for replacement according to the above notice. BRCB will deem it as being aware of and agree with the written-off if customer did not change the Xintong(Debit)Card before the specific dates.
