2. You may fill in the application form and personal settlement account and receive the card on condition that you promise to abide by the regulations concerning Phoenix Card (Debit Card).
3. If you have already had a saving account book issued by Beijing Rural Commercial Bank, you may apply for and receive a Phoenix Card (Debit Card) from original business outlet directly and it's unnecessary to open a new account.

Helpful tips:
When you apply for and accept a Phoenix Card, the six-digit password must be input; after receipt of the card, you are free to make the six-digit password for withdrawal and enquiry different from each other or make them the same. Try your best to make sure that it's safe and secret for you to input password in the course of your banking business; do not let others keep the card or withdraw money; it is not proper to set one's birthday or telephone number as password, which is easily to be deciphered.
