Phoenix Campus Card is a standard UnionPay bank card combined in campus card functions. It is jointly established by BRCB with cooperative schools and colleges.

Students and staff in cooperative schools and colleges.

Product features:
The main feature is bi-account in one card, which is campus IC account and bank account.
Separate items in two accounts.
IC account is used in school management and campus consuming and payment; bank account has the standard bank card functions( please refer to Phoenix(Debit) Card)
Capital linkage between two accounts:
Customers can carry out capital transfer between the two accounts through Golden Phoenix Internet Banking,96198 Telephone Banking or self-service equipments.

Application conditions：
1.Students and staff in cooperative schools and colleges.
2.Card issuing should be in appointed business outlets according to the name list provided by cooperative schools.
