Application conditions:
1. BRCB is consigned by Finance Bureau of Beijing Municipal Government to deliver the direct grant fund for food-growing farmers, including food-growing subsidy and comprehensive subsidy.
2. The Finance Bureau Offices in every district should offer BRCB the exact information of the fund allottees in both paper and electronic file, which include name, ID number, detailed address, and amount. If there is any disagreement between the paper and electronic file, BRCB will process according to the paper file.
3. BRCB has set initial withdrawal password. Customers can not withdraw before changing the password. Please bring ID card or Registered Residence Booklet to any of our business outlets to reset the password as soon as you have received the special bankbook for direct grant or Phoenix Agriculture-Favor Card.
