Application conditions:
1. Large-scale wholesale markets recognized by our bank;
2. Mature markets have operated for more than three years, and the monthly occupancy rate reaches 90%;
3. There are at least 500 merchants in the market;
4. Market organization sets up a "merchants joint-guarantee services centre" , and raise risk funds for joint-guarantee purpose;
5. The merchants should be pre-examined and recommended by the market first;
6. Business License for the legal entity or individual industrial and commercial household business license verified in the annual check;
7. The merchants should have fixed business sites, independent management, separate accounts, and sign lease contracts with the markets;
8. The merchants should have operated in the markets for more than 3 years;
9. Each joint-guarantee team should not be less than five members, and must sign the joint-guarantee agreement with our bank.
