Payment password: expert of safe settlement

Payment password is an eight-digit code formed through the password server of BRCB which has received the account number, registered cell phone number, note number, and amount of payment from the customer. The bank will act payment for its customers according to this code. Customers can get the payment password through Telephone Banking, Internet Banking, and short messages.

3 Safe and credible. Our bank adopts the policy that each note should have one corresponding password. During the circulating of customers' notes, if any data of the note is altered viciously, the server of our bank will find out its falsity and refuse to pay, thus protect your fund safely.
 
Key points of using:
1 Customer should first input the account number, registered cell phone number, note number, and amount of payment etc through the agreed electronic channels. The bank system will create the password automatically and send it to the customer by the appointed measure.
2 Customer should write down the password at specific place on the note.
3 If the customer has obtained the payment password before filling the note and any changes appear about the amount, customer has to apply a new password. If the paying amount and the password do not match, the bank will refuse to pay.
4 Payment password is a necessary element required by the bank before paying for the customer, so it is used in appointed notes which customers bring to the counters.
5 If the customer chooses to use the internet to get password, please log on to the appointed website.
6 If the customer chooses Telephone Banking to process, please call at appointed numbers(96198、400669619 or 4008896198)
7 If our bank discovers incorrect payment password, the bank will submit related information to People's Bank of China who will proceed with the executive punishment.
